Project is located in Guangzhou, in Guangdong province. The project includes 2 landmark towers, acts as the entrance of the site; 6 mid rise factories and 3 low rise factories, with a total GFA of 123,533 sqm. The concept is to create a clean minimal master plan layout that is fully connected by a green pedestrian walkway. Buildings are deliberately situated from high to low, in order to bring mountain’s view into each unit.
