This design proposes an inspiration hotel hidden under the ground in city center, as an escape from urban chaos above. Artist studios are planned as free volumes to encourage communications between different artists.Library shelves are scattered around, where the books are not categorized on specific shelves. The gallery space is designed as an open garden where paintings and sculptures could be placed freely. Light is treated as a source of inspiration in this artist hub. Unique skylights are designed to bring in sunlight from above – a shadow play which changes throughout the day, resulting in a dynamic and ever-changing creative space.
