Project is located in the Zhanjiang city center, in close proximity to main city green belt. It is a commercial and hospitality mixed use tower including HQ offices with clubhouse on the rooftop, sky restaurants on refuge floors, 5 star hotel and commercial podium with a total GFA of 64,000m². At 150m tall, the tower rises above the surroundings emphasizing importance of the commercial area of the site linking it with residential development behind.
