Project is located in Shaoguan city in Guangdong province. The site is situated right next to Wu Jiang River with beautiful views towards the water.The project includes 27 residential towers, commercial streets, a hotel and an apartment tower, with a total GFA of 504500sqm. This planning design would maximize the magnificent views towards river, at the same time connects to its surrounding green belt. The distances between residential towers are maximized, which creates green gardens in the centre and provides magnificent views for the inner row towers.
